Returns
Due to every order being made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchange. Please use the sizing gued to ensure you are ordering the correct size for your pet. IF there is a processing error or defect, email us with a photo of the issue along with your invoice and we will make thing right!
Processing Time
Our current processing time is 7-10 days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping via USPS.
What size do I order?
Please refer to our "sizing guide" that in located in the menu. You will find a detailed photo that explains the sizes of each bandana.
How do I wash my bandana?
To keep your Bug's BAE bandanas clean, I recommend spot cleaning or hand washing in cool soapy water & air drying. If needed, iron on a low setting - please be mindful of the leather tag.
All products are cut & sewn by me, & therefore will vary slightly in pattern &/or size.
